Estimated time of commission completion is about one to two weeks (7 to 14 days). If anything comes up where I am unable to complete the commission within that timespan, I will message you.

I do not do payment plans. All payment must be upfront. Only after I receive payment will I start a commission.

Please message me requesting a commission before payment so we can work out the details beforehand.

My prices are based on the amount of time it takes to complete a drawing, measured in hours. Haggling will get you blocked.

In the unlikely event that I cannot complete the commission at all, you will be given a full refund. If there is a work in progress that exists, I will send you the file. You are more than welcome to complete it yourself based on how much progress exists.

• I do not draw NSFW for money. Do not ask me to do so, even if you are over 18.
  - I will, however, draw artistic nudity. This will be for a very small fee, and you must be over 18 to request it.
• I also do not draw fetish work, even if it is otherwise SFW or innocuous-seeming. If you tell me your commission is for fetish purposes, I will deny it. I have every right to deny a commission if I am under the belief it falls under fetish mining. I do not condone my work being used in such a manner, especially without my knowledge.
• I will not put bigotry or offensive imagery into my work.
• Attempting to buy art for someone who is on my blacklist will get you blacklisted yourself. This also goes for adoptables and custom character designs.
• I do not do artwork of real people or pets unless I have the permission of the people in question / the owner of the pet, or the pet's owner is otherwise okay with fanart, commissions, and the like. Using imagery of real people/pets for pose reference material is fine. Credit will be given if/when necessary.
• There are some pieces of media I will not do commission work of. Please be respectful if I deny your commission based on if it is from a specific piece of media or not.
  - I may give an exception to fancharacters and canon based characters for blacklisted fandoms, albeit with a small fee called the "spite tax". I may not do OC / Canon work for blacklisted fandoms, even with the spite tax applied, depending on the character given.
  - I will not draw AU variants of canon characters from any fandom on the blacklist no matter how far removed from canon it is.
• You will be sent works in progress of your commission throughout the various stages of completion. Please notify me of any changes you want during these periods.
• For a speedpaint drawing, an extra $5 will be added on to your total price. You will be sent the edited video file; you can request the unedited, real-time version if you wish.
• Please tell me if you do not want your commission posted, or if you wish to remain anonymous. Otherwise, I will post it on social media. Unless you are the client, reuploads of commissions are forbidden, even with credit.
  - When a commission is uploaded, an anti-AI "glazed" version will be uploaded. The full file, without glazing, will be provided to the commissioner.

Upon completion, you will be sent the full version of the commission files. For artwork, I can include the versions with layers upon request.
If you have any other inquiries, my DMs are open on all websites. I do not give out my Discord unless asked for.

Anything with this symbol next to it means the spite tax may be applied.

Please be respectful, do not ask why I will not do commission work for these. Trying to convince me to do so will get you greylisted. I may not take commissions for fandoms that apply for the spite tax either way, depending on the details.

You have exactly a week to pay for any design you buy unless you have requested a payment plan. You may ask for extensions, but they're not 100% guaranteed. If you do not pay within the time limit, the design is put back up for sale. I do not do refunds.

• Layered files in either a .clip or .psd file - excluding the base - can be provided upon request. Sketches are included in each file.
  - Anything done on a base can be edited, my art cannot.
  - If a design is done on a base that is free to use, I will provide a download link from the original artist upon request.
• Please let me know if you sell/trade/give away any design I made.
• Please do not claim total credit for any design adopted; claiming credits for small edits is fine.
  - Please do not remove credits, or reupload with "misattributed" credits in order to try and skirt my terms of service.
  - Knowingly selling or trading designs to people on my blacklist will get you blacklisted yourself.
• Please do not try to sell a design before you have paid for it.
• Please do not use my designs for thread-based giveaways, or putting my designs on "shelter accounts", without my permission.
  - Regular sale or trade accounts are exempt from this rule; "shelter accounts" in this context refer to accounts with a "credit system" in order to purchase adoptables.
• "Return to sender" rules cannot be applied to my designs unless they are custom designs.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in either being blacklisted or graylisted.

• All of the above still applies.
• Image references and descriptions are welcome, but not required.
• Characters from certain media are fine (blacklist still applying), but I do not do canon-based characters.
• The only time I will do characters based on other people's characters is with written permission. Otherwise, I will not consider it.
  - I also will not do designs based on characters I own unless we are friends.

• While closed species designs can be converted to non-closed species without my permission, please inform me if you would like to change a non-closed species design to a closed species design and I will give permission based on the species.
• Any closed species custom designs must be done with a valid MYO ticket.
